Nowadays, even the mid-range segment boasts of camera phones. Since most people are starting to prefer having a stellar camera over having the best overall specifications. So, a trend is clearly taking over the mid-to-high range segment of the smartphone market. As such, manufacturers have taken notice of this particular trend. And now, they have started to equip mid-range devices with the flagship-grade camera hardware. A perfect example that has emerged from this trend is the Mi Note 10.
The Mi Note 10 has one of the most impressive camera setups to have ever graced mid-range hardware. Similarly, the Oppo Reno 2 also has a great camera setup but is more affordable, although its camera is not as impressive as the Mi Note 10. Then there’s the Huawei P30 Pro, which is a flagship, that due to street prices and other external factors, has become relatively as affordable as the Mi Note 10. As such, for the above-stated reasons, we believe that a comparison between the Xiaomi Note 10 vs. Huawei P30 Pro vs. Oppo Reno 2 is in order, to list out the actual price to potential ratio. We hope that this comparison lets you narrow down your search. Let’s begin.

Design | Xiaomi Mi Note 10 vs. Huawei P30 Pro vs. Oppo Reno 2
Among these three, the OPPO Reno 2 has to be the most radical and original design. It is the only one to feature a notch-less all-screen design, thanks in part to the shark-fin pop-up camera mechanism that also houses the front LED flash. But, the Huawei P30 does away with a more premium build and IP68 certification. Now, the Xiaomi Note 10 does feature a premium build with curved glass display, rounded corners, and an aluminum frame, but lacks any IP Certification.
Display | Xiaomi Mi Note 10 vs. Huawei P30 Pro vs. Oppo Reno 2
Both the Xiaomi Note 10 and P30 Pro house better display thanks to HDR10 and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut support. The Oppo Reno 2 does feature an AMOLED panel though but, lacks any kind of official HDR or DCI-P3 support.
Also, note that all the three devices feature an in-display optical fingerprint scanner.
Hardware
In the hardware department, both the Mi Note 10 and Oppo Reno 2 offer fabulous performance, but there’s no denying that they are just mid-rangers. Both the devices are powered by the Snapdragon 730G, which is Qualcomm’s second-best chipset. On the other hand, Huawei P30 Pro provides a flagship-class chipset – the Kirin 980. Admittedly, the 980 isn’t the most powerful, but still flagship-class.
Memory-wise, all three phones have 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage options. However, other base variants and top variants are available.
Camera | Xiaomi Mi Note 10 vs. Huawei P30 Pro vs. Oppo Reno 2
On paper, the Xiaomi Note 10 has the most versatile camera setup to ever be on a smartphone. It features a 108MP + 12MP + 5MP + 20MP + 2MP sensor arrangement. Next up is the Huawei P30 Pro with the triple camera setup. The P30 Pro gets 40MP + 8MP + 20MP image sensors at the rear. Both the P30 Pro and Mi Note 10 have 32MP f/2.0 front-facing cameras.
The Oppo Reno 2 is not far behind though with a 48MP + 13MP + 8MP + 2MP quad-array camera setup. At the front, sits a motorized pop-up 16MP selfie camera.

Of the three, Xiaomi’s Mi Note 10 has the biggest battery at 5260mAh with 30W fast-charging and USB-PD. Next up and arguably the fastest charging phone of this comparison, the Huawei P30 Pro comes with a 4200mAh battery and 40W fast-charging.
